Mary Stammers MIACP

Mary Stammers has a B.Sc. (Honours) Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University.

Mary is the Managing Director at Counselling And Psychotherapy Work. Although she has been trained in an integrative way, her approach is person centred, working with  Roger’s core conditions, congruence, unconditional positive regard and empathy.

Mary incorporates into her work a wealth of knowledge from many different disciplines spanning 15 years of self-inquiry in a heart-felt, compassionate way of understanding the personality.
